In this programme, students will demonstrate the ability to operate in a range of familiar and new human resources contexts as well as demonstrating an understanding of different kinds of human resources systems that are used in personnel management. This programme will allow the successful candidate to practice basic personnel management functions. Learners will acquire a range of supporting competencies pertaining to areas such as business communication, labour relations, training management and financial accounting.
The programme introduces learners who have a preference to work within the personnel management sector, to the specialised field of human resource management and development. Personnel issues require professional practitioners with a sound knowledge of personnel management.
