SAQA ID: 80286, NQF Level 7 (Credits: 376)

Would you like to lead people in business and create financial success?  Master the art of management and finance with a Bachelor of Commerce in Management.

Course Objectives

Today’s complex business environment and increased competition calls for effective management, finance and accounting knowledge in order to maximise financial performance. Lyceum’s Bachelor of Commerce in Management is strongly finance and accounting orientated and will equip you with the abilities to master the financial and accounting functions in a company. The degree also focuses on business management and will supply you with the knowledge to meet business management demands both in the public and private sectors.

There is a shortage of experienced graduates in the finance and accounting disciplines in South Africa, and indeed globally. It is critical that these positions be filled with competent practitioners. A recent survey indicates that more than 40% of the top posts in the country are filled by candidates with financial management qualifications.  The management and other non-financial components of this degree will provide you with a well-rounded platform ensuring that you will be adequately trained to fill the commanding roles within the industry and commerce.

The content of the course will empower you with in-depth understanding and knowledge to effectively handle business decisions and lead people in an organisation or business.

With Lyceum’s Bachelor of Commerce in Management you will hold a degree of high standing that will offer you career opportunities that are high in demand in all sectors of the commercial market.

All assignments for the year must be submitted in order to qualify for the exams.
